THE SOURÇAGE ORDERING PROCESS
1. ORDERING WINDOWS
We work with defined ordering periods. Each catalog has its own cycle, usually running for anywhere between one (1) to four (4) weeks.
During this time, clients can place orders for the respective ordering window. When the window closes, a new period begins with an updated catalog that reflects new arrivals, price adjustments, and exchange rates.
Several catalogs can run at the same time. This means clients can order from different catalogs if they want access to different products.
2. SUPPLIER FULFILLMENT
Once the period ends, your order is sent to our supplier. The supplier builds the orders separately and then combines all customer orders onto the truck.
3. LOGISTICS & CUSTOMS
Our team arranges the transport, prepares and submits customs paperwork through our broker, and ensures the shipment clears customs smoothly.
4. ARRIVAL AT OUR FACILITY
The truck arrives at our warehouse. We carefully inspect the shipment, separate each customer’s order, and prepare them for dispatch.
5. FINAL DELIVERY
Your products are shipped directly to you. By consolidating orders into cycles, you benefit from organized imports, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules.
Typical cadence for American General Catalog(🇺🇸): window closes every second Sunday at midnight (into Monday). Orders are submitted on Monday morning. Allow about one week for build, brokerage, loading, clearance, and reception at our warehouse.
